Political Parties to be brought under RTI act and to provide information about their activities and funding.
What is wrong with that ? It was a move very widely welcomed by all the Editorials and right thinking Indian citizens.
Except for CPM all other political parties refused to accept the order .
Supreme Court bars convicted ( 2 yr or more ) MPs and MLAs from fighting the elections. Further restrictions are placed for participation of criminals in getting elected as MLA or MP.

Which right thinking man would like a convicted person to fight the elections from behind the prision walls ? Who would oppose such forward and progressive thoughts
CJI says present system of appointment of Judges to Higher Courts is satisfactory and working well . All the right thinking citizens agree to that view point .
All the citizens agree except those actively involved in the politics and MPs and MLAs and most unfortunately the very people whom we trusted and voted to represent us in the Parliament.All right thinking Indian citizens agree that Parliament is supreme . However we strongly object to accept supremacy of criminals , corrupt and selfish politicians who constitute today's Parliament .
