What was expected has now taken lace. Center has moved SC for review of its judgement about convicted MPs .
Not a single right thinking individual with slightest amount of ethical and moral values will find fault or consider the SC judgement inappropriate.Even then, those whom the people below poverty level , those belonging to SC , ST , OBCs and minority community have elected have decided to challenge the judgement to ensure their selfish ends.I say this because , In my personal opinion no right thinking citizen , given a choice will vote for or elect any of the so called current crop of politicians.
Since the beginning of the second term of the UPA , the media , print , electronic, political analysts , thinkers , even the foreign writers have cried themselves hoarse and written thousands and thousands of articles about policy paralysis , non governance , total absence of decision making process etc etc . In short , total absence of "governance" of any kind.
In view of this reality , The grounds put up for review are, Quote"To protect the House and ensure that governance is not adversely impacted " unquote.
The statement would qualify as joke of the century if it was not so tragic.
Misfortune and tragedy for the Country will be complete when these selfish , unscrupulous and corrupt politicians undertake amendment to the constitution to change the laws to suit their nefarious designs.
