Sir ,
Raja Bhaya  :  Given clean chit.( Murder)

Madhu Koda  :  Given clean chit.( Murder & Corruption)

Jagdish Tytler  :  Given clean chit . ( Murder )

Sajjan Kumar  :  Given Clean chit ( Murder )

Robart Vadra  : Given clean chit ( Land Deals )

Ajit Pawar  : Given clean chit ( Irrigation)

Mayawati  :  Given clean chit ( Disproportionate Assets)

Sibu Soren  :  Acquitted insufficient proof.( Murder . corruption )

Lalu Prasad  :: Acquitted insufficient proof.( Fodder )

One can go on and On.......

Why are we even registering FIRs . Carrying on and on what goes on  in the name of investigation. 
Let us stop fooling ourselves . It will save tons and tons of writing material and hundreds of crores of public money .

  1. From all this,and such wilful avoidance of action the Govt is the possibility of revolting attitude slowly building up amongst the population.
    The way the legal decisions given out by the different courts including,the highest court in the land ,are being repeatedly side tracked or challenged on fervolous ground. One feels that the whole judicial set up is a waste of time and money.

    I propose all legal infrastructure be disbanded, and Goonda raj be allowed to flourish. This will automatically self destroy the present poliety.
    That will a new beginning for the new era of progress and Stability.

  2. Dear Mr. Velankar,
    One may see substance Prima-facie in your point.But the Judicial system needs absolute evidence to prove "beyond reasonable doubt"to prove the guilt, their is a principle called " benefit of doubt". you may be aware that the 'Advocate' out of his BRAINS/INTELLECTUAL CAPACITY develops a defense theory of probability from the same alleged facts and then the aforesaid principle is applied - benefit of doubt and the Accused is Acquitted.
