There are four dams with this name in the state of Maharashtra. 1.Near Risod in Washim District,2. Near Sindkhed Raja in Buldhana District 3. Near Kinwat in Nanded District and 4.Near Dharni in Amravati District.

Mandwa Dam was constructed as part of Irrigation Projects by the Government of Maharashtra in the year 1976 . It is built on and impounds Mandwa River . Nearest city to dam is Dharni , taluka Melghat in Amravati District of Maharashtra . The dam is an Earth fill Dam .The Length of dam is 304 m ( 997 Feet ), while the Height of the dam above lowest foundation is 15.9 m ( 52.feet ) . Any type of information about the Project Spillway is not available at all.Length of the spillway is not known. The Dam has ungated spillway.Dam's catchment area is not known . Jutpani Dam was constructed as part of Irrigation Projects by the Government of Maharashtra in the year 1988. It is built on and impounds a local Nallah . Nearest city to dam is Dharni , taluka Melghat in Amravati District of Maharashtra . The dam is an Earth fill Dam .The Length of dam is 715 m ( 2346 Feet), while the Height of the dam above lowest foundation is 12 m (39 feet ) . Berda Dam was constructed as parts of Irrigation Project Government of Maharashtra in the year 1987 . It is built on and impounds a local Nallah . Nearest city to dam is Dharni Taluka Melghat in Amravati District of Maharashtra . The dam is an Earth fill Dam .The Length of dam is 455 m ( 1493 Feet), while the Height of the dam above lowest foundation is 10.1 m ( 33 feet ) .
