38 GOLD , 27 Silver , 36 Bronze , TOTAL of 101 medals and over all SECOND STANDING in in the just concluded CWG is what is gifted to the nation by our sportsmen and sportswomen . They have brought glory and historic achievement to the country . The , hard work , sacrifices , toil ,sweat and blood of our Athletes , Pugilists , Shooters , Wrestlers , Shuttlers , Archers , Weight Lifters , Discuss throwers , Hockey players ( with lot of reservations) and others who won the medals and also those who did not win the medals but participated has made this achievement possible . The whole nation owes them a big thanks of gratitude !!! I have always been proud of being an Indian and believed in "Mrea Bharat Mahan".and this historic achievement has reinforced that feeling . Today the whole nation celebrates this wonderful feat and is happy ,
In happiness, feeling of forgiveness is high . The Nation must guard against this .Let us make sure that the the credit for this achievement is not high jacked by opportunistic Politicians and Babus . Let us remind Ms Sonia Gandhi and Dr Manmohan Singh of their promise to punish the corrupt Politicians and Baubus who had brought disrepute to the Nation and jeopardised the very holding of games by events leading to the CWG . From The boos of multitudes of crowd during the closing ceremony , They and the Government will not have to search far for the guilty .
